It is our goal to engage as many people in the 2008 Convention experience as possible. Beyond delegates, this includes thousands of volunteers who will play an integral role in numerous aspects of our Convention operations.

We also encourage you to participate in our citizen photo journalism initiative – a means to introduce Convention visitors to the West through local eyes. We also hope you will become a regular visitor to this website. Through audio and video, social networking, our blog, online chats and more, DemConvention.com will in many ways serve as a "ticket" in to our 2008 Convention experience.

How many delegates does my state get?

The number of delegates varies by state, and the division by types changes regularly as the structure of the Democratic Party in your state changes (people move, retire, leave jobs, become elected, etc.). Below is an interactive map that has an updated count of delegates for each state, broken down by type.
